    A: Only the AI classification feature requires an NVIDIA graphics card. If you are classifying manually, any OpenGL-compatible graphics card is supported.

     

  • Q: Do I need CUDA to run AI Classification?
    A: Yes. The CUDA Toolkit must be installed before using AI Classification. You can download the toolkit from the link below:

  • Q: Do you support virtual desktop solutions?
    A: PointBase has not been systematically tested on virtual machines or virtual desktop environments. As such, these configurations are not officially supported.

    A: Not at this time. PointBase is currently available for Windows only.

     

  • Q: Does PointBase work with Parallels Desktop for Mac?
    A: This setup has not been tested and is not officially supported.
